OLI

 I learned how to interact with individuals based on the stakes on the relationship. If a relationship has high stakes, more work is needed which requires utilizing different skills(collaborating, being forcecul,etc) to get an suitable outcome. If the relationship is low stakes less work is needed and a technique such as being avoidant would be useful.

Part Two: Possible Capstone Ideas

Attendance Tracker- Cloud based application that identifies anomalies in current attendance records. 

Chatbot- A NLP who's database is hosted on the cloud.

Text CAT: An NLP that organizes and classifies a company's data. This allows a company to make better decisions. 

Part Three:Keep Up With Your Learning Journal

I've learned the importance of projects that mimic the real world software engineer role. Such projects are attained from the capstone project and/or internships.
