CST499 Final Journal

Over the past two years, maintaining this journal has helped me track not just what I learned, but how my problem-solving mindset and confidence evolved across increasingly complex CS topics. Looking back, I see clear growth in my ability to break down ambiguous problems, collaborate asynchronously, and communicate technical ideas more clearly. I’m especially proud of how consistent reflection turned challenges—like debugging stubborn issues or learning new frameworks—into milestones that shaped my learning habits. Moving forward, I plan to deepen my expertise in systems design and AI, contribute to open-source projects, and pursue roles that blend engineering with mentorship.
